We'll visit indigenous families, small town markets and experience a Mayan healing ceremony. Highlight of this workshop is Sunday, when you'll see 'alfombras' - carpets made of sawdust, flowers, fruits, vegetables and pine needles that families design and create in the streets in front of their homes. They do this each Sunday during Lent.  We will make our own "alfombra" and witness the amazing lenten processions thru the streets of Antigua during our stay. Don't forget your camera!

The sites and sounds of Guatemala will inspire you to create new experiences.  Learn to use YOGA as a tool to create more health and healing.  Join us and you will find yourself nurtured, renewed and inspired!  Allow yourself to reignite your soul!

Not included but optional activities:  Spanish language classes, learning about weaving, volunteer opportunity at local school, salsa dancing, mayan museum, massage and lots more!
